Return & Exchange Policy

Take note that the below will not be considered as defects:

 

  • Dislike or change of mind after purchase

  • Slight colour difference resulting from the difference on individual’s monitor, minor defects such as loose threads, slight misalignment of seams, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on etc.

  • Cutting does not suits you

  • We do not offer returns or refunds due to unsuitability/sizing issue.

  • For beauty products, we do not offer refunds for opened or used products

 

We do make sure to do a through inspection on the pieces before they are sent out. Stylistpixie will not be responsible for the damage caused by Post Office’s rough handling and no exchange/refund will be made

 

However, we will do an exchange if the items are sent incorrectly/found defects. We would require you to send us photos of the defect within 5 days from date of delivery, we will process on a case-by-case basis whether the problem is valid.

Once the duration is expired, it will be void, we will not accept the return of the item.

 

If the defect is found, you may send the defect piece back to us (at your own cost). A new piece will be deliver to you, should there be stocks available. In any event, if the item is/are out of stock, no refunds will be made, store credits will be issued. Do make sure that items mailed back are securely packed and sealed properly with returned address written at the back of the parcel. We will not be reliable for any losses due to exchange/postage services etc.

 

Make sure that returned items are unworn, unwashed and in an original condition to be eligible for exchange. If your item comes with a tag, tags should be intact too. Upon checkings, should we find that the item/s do not qualify our expectations, we will not hesitate to reject the exchange request.

 

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Stylistpixie reserves the rights to reject a customer/transaction/ request at our own discretion.
